Watches and jewellery have a history. Your next chapter deserves the time and attention of a specialist.
Established in 2023, we are an independent London dealership with 30 years of combined experience. We help you buy, sell, source and part exchange with a clear understanding of the individual piece.

Experience behind the detail
Two disciplines. One careful approach.
07years
In an authorised Rolex distributor
Our watch specialist spent seven years working for an authorised Rolex distributor. That experience informs how we examine references, movements, components and condition.
We look at the individual watch, its configuration and supporting history, then explain how those details affect the assessment. You have time to ask about originality, service needs and the next step before deciding.
10years
In the gold industry
Our precious-metals specialist brings ten years in the gold industry, with knowledge of gold quality and hallmarks. We consider the metal, construction, condition and any alterations.
For each piece, we discuss its collection, size, stone setting and available records. Repairs and resizing can matter as much as appearance; our specialist explains what can be established and when further testing is needed.
These are individual areas of experience within our team's combined 30 years. We keep individual identities private for security. Finer Lux is independent of the brands we handle; previous employment does not make us an authorised Rolex dealer or a manufacturer-certified service centre.
Care is in the details.
An assessment starts with the actual piece. Box and papers add context; they do not replace inspection.
We established Finer Lux around the personal experience we would want ourselves: someone who listens, knows the details and explains what happens next. Every enquiry starts with what you own or what you are looking for.
01
Establish its identity
We examine the reference and serial markings. For watches, our specialist opens the case to inspect the movement and component originality, and removes the bracelet to check relevant bracelet, end-link and case markings.
02
Understand its condition
Polishing, wear, alterations and supporting documents all matter. For watches, we also consider timekeeping and service needs. For jewellery, we consider the metal, hallmarks, stone setting and construction.
03
Explain what we find
We discuss the findings and the next step with you. A written report can be provided after inspection; agree its scope and documentation before booking. Our independent assessment is not a manufacturer-issued certificate.
