Tell us whether you are selling a branded design, an unbranded gold piece, a stone-set jewel or several items. Rings, bracelets, necklaces and earrings need different measurements and photographs. Include the maker or collection if known, without guessing at a hallmark or stone description.
A signed designer piece is assessed as a complete jewel, with its design and condition considered alongside materials. It should not automatically be compared with a scrap-gold figure. For a group of items, photograph and describe each separately so nothing is confused.
Metal, design, dimensions, condition, stones and supporting documents all help establish what you own. Tell us about resizing, engraving, replaced stones, repaired clasps and missing parts. For earrings, confirm whether you have the pair and both backs.
An insurance replacement value, original receipt and advertised resale price serve different purposes. None is a guaranteed dealer offer. We inspect the actual piece before confirming the price and explain any condition or identification findings that affect it.
