We consider Alhambra, Perlée and Frivole. Send the complete jewel, its markings and any documents in clear photographs. Tell us the size, dimensions and what you know of its history. If the collection is unknown, an enquiry can start with the photographs.
For Alhambra, include the number and size of motifs, length, metal and stone or decorative material if known. A pendant and a multi-motif necklace are different pieces even when they share a design. For Perlée and Frivole, supply the size and photographs of the complete setting.
Show both sides of motifs, their edges, the clasp and any shortened or altered sections. Mention surface damage, replaced elements, repairs and engraving. Send service documents rather than guessing whether a part was replaced.
The purchase offer reflects the piece as presented. Repairs, incomplete pairs, worn fittings and missing accessories can change the comparison. Ask for an assessment before paying for polishing or restoration solely for a sale.
