What clients say
Sellers trust us because the relationship doesn't end at the transaction. Most come to us through a previous client. One specialist handles the deal from valuation to cleared payment — no handovers, no listings, no third parties. Most clients return, and many introduce us to people they trust.

Small differences can make two apparently similar watches very different purchases. A dial variant, case size, bracelet, movement generation or production period can change both appeal and price. Give us the exact reference where possible and identify which details are essential.
For jewellery, include the collection, metal, size, stones and preferred condition. Photographs can help communicate your brief, but we confirm the specification rather than assuming every image represents the same version.
A sourcing enquiry is useful when our current stock does not include your chosen piece. We consider modern, vintage and discontinued references, subject to availability and verification. A rare description or limited-edition name alone does not establish authenticity, condition or a fair price.
We will discuss realistic options against your brief. We do not promise an allocation from a manufacturer or a guaranteed delivery date for a watch that has not yet been located.
Tell us your budget and whether it includes delivery or other agreed costs. The specification, condition, original accessories and service history all matter when comparing candidates. A lower asking price may reflect an incomplete set or work that needs to be done.
Any sourcing fee, deposit, payment schedule or cancellation terms should be confirmed with your specialist before you commit. We explain the proposed arrangement for the particular search rather than applying an unexplained charge after finding a piece.
Ask for clear photographs, condition information and a list of the box, papers, links and accessories included. Our assessment considers the reference, visible configuration and the available history; an attractive photograph alone is not enough to verify a watch.
Once a suitable piece is agreed, we confirm the inspection and handover arrangements. You can also discuss part exchange if you want to put the value of your current watch or jewellery towards the purchase.
Finer Lux was established in London in 2023, with a team bringing 30 years of combined watch and jewellery experience. Your search is discussed with a specialist, including which reference details matter to you and where there is room to consider alternatives.
Our watch specialist previously spent seven years with an authorised Rolex distributor. That experience informs our questions about a candidate’s configuration and history; it is not a promise of manufacturer allocation or endorsement. We explain the actual piece before you decide.
